宫颈癌免疫治疗的研究进展与展望

Research Progress and Prospect of Immunotherapy for Cervical Cancer

宫颈癌是妇科常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率及死亡率较高,严重威胁女性身体健康。随着医学技术的不断发展,宫颈癌的治疗方式不再局限于手术和化疗,免疫治疗作为新型治疗方式,逐渐成为临床治疗宫颈癌的主要手段。该文从宫颈癌免疫治疗方法、基于免疫检查点抑制剂的联合治疗对宫颈癌免疫治疗的研究进展进行总结,并进行讨论与展望,为宫颈癌的临床治疗和研究提供参考。

Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological malignant tumors,with high morbidity and mortality,which seri⁃ously threatens women's health.With the continuous development of medical technology,the treatment of cervical cancer is no longer limited to surgery and chemotherapy,and immunotherapy,as a new type of treatment,has gradually become the main means of clinical treatment of cervical cancer.This article summarized the research progress of cervical cancer immunotherapy from the methods of cervical cancer immunotherapy and the combination therapy based on immune checkpoint inhibitors,and dis⁃cussed and prospected,so as to provide references for clinical treatment and research of cervical cancer.
