基层法律服务行业作为支撑县域法治建设的重要力量,对档案管理安全性的需求日益增长。法律服务档案涉及众多个人和组织的机密信息和重要证据,一旦档案信息泄露或被篡改,将给当事方带来严重损失,甚至影响社会公共利益。因此,如何提高基层法律服务档案管理的安全性,成为司法行政部门和基层法律服务机构呕需研究、解决的问题。文章旨在通过分析当前基层法律服务档案管理安全性的现状,以及呕需解决的问题和对策建议,推动基层法律服务档案管理安全性上升到一个新的水平。

As an important force supporting the construction of the rule of law in counties,the grassroots legal service industry has an increasingly growing demand for the security of archival management.Legal service archives involve confidential information and important evidence of many individuals and organizations.Once the archive information is leaked or tampered with,it will cause serious losses to the parties involved and even affect the public interest.Therefore,how to improve the security of grassroots legal service archival management has become a critical issue that judicial administrative departments and grassroots legal service institutions urgently need to study and solve.This paper aims to promote the security of grassroots legal service archive management to a new level by analyzing the current situation of the security of grassroots legal service archive management,as well as the urgent problems and countermeasure suggestions.
