青饲料收获机切碎器自动磨刀装置设计与试验

摘要 青饲料收获机的快速发展,对功能的完善程度、控制的智能化及操作的便捷程度等方面都提出了更高的要求。为便捷盘刀式切碎器动刀片的刃磨,设计电控式自动磨刀装置。运用机电一体化的理念使用直流蜗杆减速电机带动丝杠旋转,推动环形磨刀石前进。通过对编码器脉冲的计数和电流输入大小的控制实现对环形磨刀石移动的精确控制,数字化控制运动过程。磨刀器系统除了具有转速、移动和数值反馈,还具有显示功能和远程通讯功能,可为操作员精确的调整和控制提供更精确可靠的数据基础;同时,通过系统自身的智能检测功能和自动化控制功能,减少了复杂操作的难度,使得自动磨刀功能更趋向于完善,安全性也得到了提高,提升了机械的作业效率与动刀片的使用寿命。正交试验表明:在切碎器转速为450r/min、输入电流为450mA时,磨刀效果最好。 The rapid development of green fodder harvesters has put forward higher requirements for the perfection of functions,the intelligence of control,and the convenience of operation.In order to facilitate the sharpening of the blade of the disc knife type shredder,this electronically controlled automatic sharpening device is designed.Using the concept of mechatronics,a DC worm geared motor is used to drive the screw to rotate and drive the annular grindstone forward.In this paper,the precise control of the movement of the ring whetstone is realized by controlling the counting of the encoder pulses and the size of the current input,and the motion process is controlled digitally.In addition to the feedback of rotation,movement and value,display function and remote communication function,the sharpener system provides a more accurate and reliable data basis for the operator's precise adjustment and control,and more importantly,it reduces the difficulty of complex operation through the system's own intelligent detection function and automatic control function,so that the automatic sharpening function is more perfect,the safety is also improved,and the operating efficiency of the machinery and the service life of the moving blade are improved.Through orthogonal experiments,it is determined that when the shredder speed is 450r/min and the input current is 450mA,the sharpening effect is the best.
