摘要
拖拉机作为一种重要的农业机械,可与相关农机具配合完成各项田间作业,但其田间工作环境较为复杂,故保持良好的拖拉机驾驶环境对于提高驾驶员工作效率具有重要意义。为此,基于人机工程学,以电动拖拉机为研究对象,运用产品设计与人机工程学完成对拖拉机造型设计并对驾驶室进行建模与设计,最后应用RAMSIS对驾驶员在驾驶过程中的操作舒适性进行仿真设计。研究结果表明:设计的拖拉机驾驶舒适性与操纵便捷性符合人机工程学的要求,可为今后各种拖拉机的研发与设计提供参考。
Tractor as an important agricultural machinery,and related agricultural equipment to complete all field operations.But its field work environment is more complex,maintain a good tractor driving environment to improve the efficiency of the driver is of great significance.In this study,we take the electric tractor as the research object,and use product design and ergonomics to complete the modeling and design of the tractor shape design and cab.Finally,RAMSIS is applied to simulate and design the driver's operating comfort in the driving process.The research results show that the driving comfort and ease of operation of the tractor designed in this study meet the requirements of ergonomics,and provide theoretical basis and reference for the future development and design of various tractors.
