Exploration the Construction of Teacher Teams in Colleges and Universities in Ethnic Regions from the Perspective of Consolidating the Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation

铸牢中华民族共同体意识既是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的基石,也是推动民族团结进步、维护国家安全和社会和谐稳定的基础。教师是培育中华民族共同体意识的关键力量,其自身素质将深刻影响学生的中华民族共同体意识。民族地区高校作为维护国家统一、促进民族团结的重要阵地,师资队伍建设尤为重要。随着中华民族共同体意识教育的深入开展,民族地区高校在师资队伍建设上取得了一定成绩,但也面临一些挑战。因此,需要不断优化教师队伍结构,提升教师素质,构建有效的激励机制,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供坚实师资保障。

Consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation is not only the cornerstone for realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also the basis for promoting ethnic unity and progress,maintaining na⁃tional security and social harmony and stability.Teachers are the key force to cultivate the sense of community of the Chinese na⁃tion,and their own qualities will profoundly affect students’sense of community of the Chinese nation.Colleges and universities in ethnic minority regions serve as important strongholds for safeguarding national unity and promoting national unity,the construction of teacher teams is particularly important.With the deepening development of education on consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation,colleges and universities in ethnic minority regions have made certain progress in the construction of teacher teams,but they also face some challenges.It is necessary to continuously optimize the structure of the teacher teams,improve the quality of teachers,and establish effective incentive mechanisms to ensure solid teacher guarantee for consolidating the sense of com⁃munity of the Chinese nation.
