实习胜任力与学前教育专业师范生从教意愿的关系:职业认同感与职业决策效能感的链式中介效应

摘要 为考察学前教育专业师范生教育实习胜任力与从教意愿的关系,采取问卷调查的方式,运用学前教育专业教育实习胜任力问卷、学前教育专业从教意愿量表、师范生职业认同量表以及大学生职业决策效能感量表对873名在校学前教育专业师范生进行施测,使用SPSS25.0软件及其宏程序PROCESS4.0对数据进行分析。结果发现,学前教育专业师范生的教育实习胜任力、职业认同感、职业决策效能感以及从教意愿之间彼此具有显著性正相关;职业认同感和职业决策效能感在教育实习胜任力和学前教育专业师范生从教意愿之间具有显著的中介效应。提高师范生教育实习胜任力是促进学前教育专业师范生从教意愿的直接途径,也可以通过提高职业认同感和职业决策效能感水平,实现促进学前教育专业师范生从教意愿的目的。 To investigate the relationship between educational internship competency and willingness to teach among normal stu⁃dents in preschool education major,this study adopted a questionnaire survey method.873 normal students in preschool education major were tested using the Education Internship Competency Questionnaire,Willingness to Teach Scale,Vocational Identity Scale for normal students in preschool education major and Vocational Decision Efficacy Scale of college students.The data was analyzed using SPSS25.0 software and its macro program PROCESS4.0.The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation be⁃tween the educational internship competency,professional identity,career decision efficiency,and willingness to teach among normal students in preschool education major.There is a significant mediating effect between professional identity and career decision effi⁃ciency in the competency of educational internship and the willingness of normal students in preschool education major to teach.Im⁃proving the competency of educational internship of normal students in preschool education major is a direct way to promote their willingness to teach.It can also promote the teaching willingness of normal students in preschool education major by improving the level of professional identity and career decision efficiency.
