学生行为、培养模式对本科教育满意度的影响研究

摘要 教育满意度是衡量人才培养质量和教育成效的重要指标。基于高校的问卷调查数据,从学生行为、教育媒介、教育主体视角实证探究本科教育满意度的影响因素。结果显示,学生对本科教育的满意度总体较高,认可本科教育对综合能力与就业竞争力的促进作用;学生发表论文、参加竞赛较少,课程前沿性不足,高校培养与社会需求契合度低,辅导员、班主任与学业导师的作用有待增强;提高学习与创新能力、参加社会实践、增强教学效果与政策公平、对接社会需求、强化教师作用有利于提升本科教育满意度;满足社会需求是提升教育满意度与就业竞争力的关键环节。应从学生能动性、教学体系、教师育人三个层面发力,协同推动高等教育高质量发展。 Education satisfaction is an important index to measure the quality of personnel cultivation and the effectiveness of education.Based on the questionnaire survey data of colleges and universities,this paper empirically explores the influencing fac⁃tors of undergraduate education satisfaction from the perspectives of student behavior,educational media and educational subjects.The results show that students’satisfaction with undergraduate education is generally high,and they recognize the role of undergrad⁃uate education in promoting comprehensive ability and employment competitiveness.Students seldom publish papers and take part in competitions,the courses are not cutting-edge knowledge,the college cultivation is not in line with the social needs,and the roles of counselors,class teachers and academic tutors need to be strengthened.Improving learning and innovation ability,participating in social practice,enhancing teaching effect and policy fairness,meeting social needs and strengthening teachers’role are conducive to improving undergraduate education satisfaction.Meeting social needs is the key link to improve education satisfaction and employ⁃ment competitiveness.We should exert our efforts from three aspects:students’initiative,teaching system and teachers’education to jointly promote the high-quality development of higher education.
