铁矿石高温软熔滴落测定系统在炼铁生产中的应用实践

摘要 基于铁矿石熔滴性能试验原理,介绍了MTLQ-RH-9铁矿石高温软熔滴落测定系统组成及试验方法,通过分析不同单种炉料和综合炉料的熔滴参数特征,为指导高炉生产提供理论依据。 Based on the principle of iron ore droplet performance testing,the composition and testing method of the MTLQ-RH-9 iron ore high-temperature soft melt droplet measurement system are introduced.By analyzing the droplet parameter characteristics of different single and comprehensive furnace charges,theoretical basis is provided for guiding blast furnace production.
