热加工过程中铝硅镀层高强钢的镀层裂纹分析

摘要 以铝硅镀层热成形钢为对象,分析了其加热及成形过程对于铝硅镀层裂纹的影响。结果表明,温度和时间对合金层厚度影响显著,对镀层整体厚度影响较小,裂纹数量及尺寸随着温度的升高、时间的延长而增长,裂纹走向由垂直镀层方向向平行于镀层表面方向转变;变形量对成形后的镀层裂纹起到决定性作用,变形量增多,裂纹加剧至脱落;变形速率存在一个最佳值,过高或过低均导致裂纹的增加。 Taking aluminum silicon coated hot formed steel as the object,this paper analyzes the influence of its heating and forming process on the cracks in the aluminum silicon coating.The results show that temperature and time have a significant impact on the thickness of the alloy layer,but have a relatively small impact on the overall thickness of the coating.The number and size of cracks increase with the increase of temperature and time,and the direction of cracks changes from perpendicular to the coating to parallel to the surface of the coating.The amount of deformation plays a decisive role in the cracking of the formed coating.As the amount of deformation increases,the cracks intensify until they fall off.There is an optimal value for the deformation rate,and either too high or too low can lead to an increase in cracks.
