摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相组织检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,对GH984高温合金穿孔产生离层脆裂的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:GH984高温合金穿孔离层缺陷与钢坯本身内部Nb的链状偏析、客户钢坯穿孔工艺过程中加热温度、穿管速度均有关系。
By means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the cause of delamination embrittlement of GH984 high temperature alloy steel pipe hot hole pipe was analyzed.The results show that the delamination defect of GH984 superalloy steel billet is related to the distribution of laves phase in the billet itself.It is related to the heating temperature and roll speed in the process of billet piercing.
