安放式管座角焊缝超声相控阵检测关键技术研究

摘要 安放式管座角焊缝具有变化的曲率、特殊的焊缝形式等特点,在实施检测时,探头和检测面无法实现良好接触,采用常规无损检测手段难以实施有效检测。鉴于此,提出利用超声相控阵检测方法对该类型焊缝进行检测。针对安放式管座角焊缝检测难点,首先利用CIVA软件对不同频率相控阵探头进行仿真,确定合适的检测频率,有助于优化检测工艺;结合安放式管座角焊缝在实际工程中易产生的缺陷设计含裂纹、未熔合和条渣等三种常见类型的自然缺陷试块,然后利用超声相控阵检测手段对该自然缺陷试块进行检测。实验结果表明:针对安放式管座角焊缝内部缺陷,通过超声相控阵检测手段能够实施有效检测。 The placed corner weld has the characteristics of varying curvature,special weld form,etc.In the implementation of testing,the probe and testing surface can not achieve good contact,so it is difficult to implement effective testing.This paper proposes the ultrasonic of ultrasonic type to to ultrasonic type this method.To solve the difficulty of welding detection,CIVA software is used to simulate the phased array probe at different frequencies to determine the appropriate detection frequency,which is helpful to optimize the detection process.Combined with the defects easy to be produced in the actual engineering of the mounted pipe seat corner weld,the design contains three common types of natural defect test blocks,such as crack,no fusion and slag,and then the natural defect test block is tested by ultrasonic phased array detection method.The results show that the internal defects of the tube socket weld can be effectively detected by ultrasonic phased array.
