摘要
随着冶金工业的快速发展,金属冶炼工艺愈加精细化、流程化。为有效解决能源利用率低、环境污染等问题,围绕冶金高炉矿渣综合利用技术展开深入研究,分析了冶金矿渣综合利用现状,指出现存在的不足之处,并提出多种绿色化、节能化的矿渣利用技术,如合成绿色无机材料、生产矿渣棉等技术,可在降低环境污染的同时,提高能源利用率。
With the rapid development of the metallurgical industry,metal smelting processes have become increasingly refined and streamlined.In order to effectively solve the problems of low energy utilization and environmental pollution,in-depth research is conducted around the comprehensive utilization technology of metallurgical blast furnace slag.The current situation of comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag is analyzed,and the existing shortcomings are pointed out.Multiple green and energy-saving slag utilization technologies are proposed,such as synthesizing green inorganic materials and producing slag cotton,which can reduce environmental pollution while improving energy utilization efficiency.
