摘要
为了提升沿空留巷成功率,降低巷道围岩变形量,利用数值模拟软件对厚煤层综采面切顶卸压参数进行研究分析,分别对不同切顶高度、不同切顶角度、不同充填体宽度下的切顶效果进行分析,给出了不同切顶参数下的顶板变形及受力曲线,确定了最佳切顶高度为20.5 m,最佳切顶角度为5°,最佳充填体宽度为1.5 m,为后续沿空留巷爆破切顶参数设定提供参考。
In order to improve the success rate of retaining roadways along the goaf and reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,this paper uses numerical simulation software to study the roof cutting and pressure relief parameters of thick coal seam fully mechanized mining faces.The roof cutting effects under different roof cutting heights,angles,and widths of filling bodies are analyzed,and the roof deformation and stress curves under different roof cutting parameters are given.The optimal roof cutting height is determined to be 20.5 m,and the optimal roof cutting angle is 5°.The optimal width of the filling body is 1.5 m,which provides reference for the subsequent setting of blasting cutting parameters along the goaf.
