机械化竖窑煅烧小粒径石灰石技术的应用实践

摘要 简要介绍了明溪县三钢矿业有限责任公司2×400 m^(3)机械化竖窑活性石灰生产线及其工艺流程,详细探讨了燃烧10~30 mm粒径石灰石的应用成果,包括实验室煅烧成果、实际生产过程中的工艺调整、成品石灰的质量情况以及煅烧10~30 mm粒径石灰石所带来的经济效益,可为今后石灰石矿山尾矿的综合利用和石灰窑使用小粒径石灰石生产烧结用冶金石灰提供一定的参考经验。 This paper describes the development of mechanized shaft kilns in recent years and the production scale,process equipment selection,process configuration,process characteristics,physical and chemical indexes of raw materials and fuels of the 2×400 m^(3) mechanized shaft lime production line of Sangang Mining Co.,Ltd.in Mingxi County.The application results of combustion of limestone with 10~30 mm particle size are introduced in detail,it includes the results of calcinations in laboratory,the process adjustment in actual production,the quality of finished lime and the economic benefit brought by calcinations of 10~30 mm particle size limestone.It provides some reference experience for comprehensive utilization of limestone mine tailings and production of metallurgical lime for sintering by using small size limestone in lime kiln.
