摘要
针对某公司2050产线投产初期存在卷取温度符合率偏低的情况,开展2050产线层流冷却设备管理标准化生产实践。对水阀进行日常管理,提高层流冷却设备精度;在层流冷却段增设防风挡板、气喷等,避免层流冷却水柱倾斜问题,提高冷却水喷射精度;对层流冷却二级模型冷却模式进行优化,提高二级控制精度;制作卷取温度模型自学习调试工具软件,根据实际温度曲线对带钢各段传热系数进行迅速调整。通过以上多种措施并行,提高了2050产线总体卷取温度符合率。
In response to the low compliance rate of coiling temperature in the early stage of production of a certain company's 2050 production line,standardized production practices were carried out for the management of laminar cooling equipment on the 2050 production line.Daily management of water valves improves the accuracy of laminar cooling equipment.Add windproof baffles and air jets in the laminar cooling section to avoid the problem of inclined laminar cooling water columns and improve the accuracy of cooling water injection.Optimize the cooling mode of the laminar cooling secondary model to improve the accuracy of secondary control.Develop a self-learning debugging tool software for coiling temperature models,and quickly adjust the heat transfer coefficients of each section of the strip steel based on the actual temperature curve.By implementing multiple measures in parallel,the overall temperature compliance rate of the 2050 production line has been improved.
