首钢长钢低碱度烧结矿冶炼生产实践

摘要 近年来,在原燃料基础和装备调件下,首钢长钢炼铁厂逐步摸索出适合自身条件下的较低碱度烧结矿,碱度基本长期维持在1.7±0.08左右,炉料结构长期维持在烧结矿83%+球团矿5%+生矿12%,通过加强烧结过程管控、优化高炉上下部调节、强化出铁管理等措施,2座高炉均实现了长期安全稳定运行2 000 d以上的良好记录,连续多年实现生铁成本行业排名前10名的记录,最好时行业排第3名。 In recent years,under the adjustment of raw fuel foundation and equipment,Shougang Changgang Iron and Steel Plant has gradually explored lower alkalinity sintered ore suitable for its own conditions.The alkalinity has been maintained at around 1.7±0.08 for a long time,and the furnace material structure has been maintained at 83%sintering+5%pellet+12%raw ore for a long time.Through measures such as strengthening sintering process control,optimizing upper and lower adjustment of blast furnaces,and strengthening iron tapping management,both blast furnaces have achieved a good record of long-term safe and stable operation for more than 2000 days,achieving a record of ranking in the top 10 industry in pig iron cost for many consecutive years.At its best,the industry ranked third.
