旨在探讨冶金行业炼钢过程中减少絮流的方法和措施。首先介绍了絮流的定义和形成机理,然后分析了絮流对炼钢过程的影响,最后提出了防止絮流的方法和措施,包括优化炼钢工艺、提高钢水纯净度、加强过程控制管理等。
The aim is to explore methods and measures to reduce flocculent flow in the steelmaking process of the metallurgical industry.Firstly,the definition and formation mechanism of flocculent flow were introduced,followed by an analysis of its impact on the steelmaking process.Finally,methods and measures to prevent flocculent flow were proposed,including optimizing the steelmaking process,improving the purity of molten steel,and strengthening process control management.
