高磷铁水条件下工业纯铁的炼钢工艺控制实践

摘要 对高磷铁水条件下生产工业纯铁的工艺流程进行研究,采用KR(脱硫)—LF(进一步脱硫)—转炉(脱碳脱磷)—LF(去磷升温)—RH(脱碳配铝保温)—连铸工艺,成功开发了高纯度的工业纯铁,冶炼工艺达到了国内原料级工业纯铁的一流水平。LF脱硫进一步稳定入转炉的S含量,转炉通过双渣、控碳和控温等方式降低P和Mn含量,RH的真空循环系统控制好C、Al和O等等一系列操作完成工业纯铁的冶炼。 The process flow of producing industrial pure iron under high phosphorus molten iron conditions was studied.The KR(desulfurization)-LF(further desulfurization)-converter(decarburization and dephosphorization)-LF(dephosphorization and heating)-RH(decarburization and aluminum insulation)-continuous casting process was used to successfully develop high-purity industrial pure iron.The smelting process reached the first-class level of domestic raw material grade industrial pure iron,and LF desulfurization further stabilized the S content in the converter.The converter reduced the P and Mn content through dual slag,carbon control,and temperature control.The vacuum circulation system of RH controlled a series of operations such as C,Al,and O to complete the smelting of industrial pure iron.
