中高碳钢碳含量稳定性控制生产实践

摘要 结合中高碳钢生产特点,通过对炼钢冶炼过程全流程分析,找出影响碳含量波动的影响因素,识别出关键工艺控制点,制定了控制转炉终点氧含量、降低出钢温度、减少连铸增碳、稳定班组操作差异等措施,实现中高碳钢碳含量的稳定控制,为炼钢厂生产高质量产品奠定了基础,也为炼钢生产成本降低作出了积极贡献。 Based on the production characteristics of medium and high carbon steel,through the analysis of the entire process of steelmaking and smelting,the influencing factors of carbon content fluctuations were identified,key process control points were identified,and measures were formulated to control the oxygen content at the end of the converter,reduce the tapping temperature,reduce continuous casting carbon increase,and stabilize team operation differences.This achieved stable control of carbon content in medium and high carbon steel,laying a foundation for the production of high-quality products in steelmaking plants and making positive contributions to reducing steelmaking production costs.
