摘要
随着马钢7.63 m焦炉长时间运行,炉头部位的供热情况发生恶化,调节困难,炉头温度不满足炼焦的要求。针对此问题,采取优化调整喷嘴板尺寸和看火孔压力、增加蓄热室封墙和小烟道两叉部的密封等措施,减少了因炉头温度偏低导致的炉头焦饼偏生、冒烟大等问题。实践结果表明:焦炉炉头温度低于1 100℃的火道数量减少了80个以上,炉头均匀系数>0.90;焦炉炉头焦饼成熟度大幅提高,炉头焦饼温度提高至930℃以上,大幅改善了焦炉清洁化现状。
With the long-term operation of the 7.63 m coke oven at Masteel,the heating situation at the furnace head has deteriorated,making it difficult to adjust,and the furnace head temperature does not meet the requirements of coking.In response to this issue,measures such as optimizing and adjusting the size of the nozzle plate and the pressure of the fire hole,increasing the sealing of the heat storage chamber wall and the two forks of the small flue have been taken to reduce the problems of coke cake deviation and smoke generation caused by low furnace head temperature.The application results show that the number of channels with a coke oven head temperature below 1100℃has decreased by more than 80,and the uniformity coefficient of the furnace head is greater than 0.90.The maturity of coke cake at the head of the coke oven has been significantly improved,and the temperature of coke cake at the head of the coke oven has been raised to above 930℃,greatly improving the cleanliness status of the coke oven.
