摘要
基于井壁破裂理论分析、岩体爆破理论分析、控制爆破理论分析,并结合某风井破裂部位控制爆破开切卸压槽工程实践,对控制爆破技术在井筒破裂部位快速开切卸压槽展开研究。通过理论结合实践,将“分区爆破、竖向掏槽、两侧扩刷”的控制爆破技术成功应用在竖井破裂井壁控制爆破开切卸压槽工程中,取得了良好的施工效果,给相关矿井破裂井壁控制爆破开切卸压槽的控制提供了指导意义。
Based on the theoretical analysis of shaft wall fracture,rock mass blasting and controlled blasting,combined with the engineering practice of controlled blasting cutting pressure relief groove in the fracture part of a wind shaft,this paper studies the rapid cutting pressure relief groove of controlled blasting technology in the fracture part of shaft.Through the combination of theory and practice,the controlled blasting technology of"partition blasting,vertical cutting,two-side expansion brush"has been successfully applied to the controlled blasting cutting and pressure relief groove project of shaft rupture wall,and good construction results have been achieved,which provides guiding significance for the controlled blasting cutting and pressure relief groove of relevant mine rupture wall.
