沿空留巷膨胀剂致裂切顶应用研究

摘要 为解决沿空留巷上覆岩层结构失稳造成围岩变形难以控制的问题,利用数值模拟并结合现场应用对静态破碎剂静力切顶技术进行研究,对不同切顶角度、切顶高度下的切顶效果进行分析,确定最佳切顶高度为14 m、最佳切顶角度为70°,基于模拟方案进行应用实践,发现最大顶底板移近量为79 mm,两帮的移近量为60 mm,围岩变形量得到了有效控制,达到预期目标。 In order to solve the problem of difficult control of surrounding rock deformation caused by the instability of the overlying rock structure along the goaf,this paper uses a combination of numerical simulation and on-site application to study the static top cutting technology of static crushing agents.The top cutting effect under different top cutting angles and heights is studied,and the optimal top cutting height is determined to be 14 m and 70°.Based on the simulation scheme,application practice is carried out.It was found that the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 79 mm,and the displacement of the two sides was 60 mm.The plan has achieved the expected goal and the deformation of the surrounding rock has been effectively controlled.
