摘要
在抑制金属材料腐蚀的多种方法中,有机缓蚀剂的应用是其中最经济、有效的一种。吲哚类化合物是一种典型的有机缓蚀剂,但水溶性不高,限制了其在缓蚀剂中的应用。本文为增加吲哚类缓蚀剂的水溶性,将可溶于酸性水溶液的席夫碱官能团(-C=N-)引入吲哚分子,设计了可溶于酸性水溶液的席夫碱-吲哚类缓蚀剂,对席夫碱-吲哚类缓蚀剂的合成工艺进行了设计,并设计了该缓蚀剂的结构表征和缓蚀性能的测试。拟为缓蚀剂的研究提供研究对象,为解决工业用腐蚀问题提供方法。
The organic corrosion inhibitor is one of the most economical and effective methods to inhibit the corrosion of metal materials.Indoles are typical organic corrosion inhibitors,but their application is limited for their low water solubility.In this paper,a new schiff base-indoles inhibitor was designed that could be soluble in acid by introducing an acid soluble functional group(-C=N-)to increase the water solubility.And the synthesis process,structure characterization and corrosion inhibition performance test of schiff base-indoles inhibitor were also design.It is intended to provide the research object for the study of corrosion inhibitor and the method for solving the industrial corrosion problem.
