填料塔及其在SO_(2)吸收工艺中的应用分析

摘要 介绍了填料塔的发展历史及其特点。填料塔在化工行业中主要用于气吸收、液体蒸馏等分离技术,具有分离效果好、塔阻力小、结构简单、便于安装、投资低等优点。填料是塔的重要内部构件,不同工况下所用的填料也有所差异。叙述了填料塔的操作温度、压力、吸收剂及填料对烟气中SO_(2)吸收过程的影响。填料塔在工业发展中得到广泛的应用,并产生了很大的经济效益和社会效益,因此对填料塔技术更进一步的研究是必要的,可为人类创造更大的价值。 The development history and characteristics of packing tower are introduced.Packing tower is mainly used in gas absorption,liquid distillation and other separation technologies in the chemical industry.It has the advantages of good separation effect,small tower resistance,simple structure,easy installation and low investment.Packing is an important internal component of the tower,and the packing used under different working conditions is also different.The influence of operating temperature,pressure,absorbent and packing on the absorption process of SO_(2) in flue gas is described.Packing tower has been widely used in industrial development,and has produced great economic and social benefits.Therefore,further research on packing tower technology is necessary to create greater value for humanity.
