广东省民办高职院校“DCMSE”心理育人模式的构建

摘要 通过对广东省5所民办高职院校1693名学生和263名教师进行调查,发现当前民办高职院校心理育人模式存在服务供需错位、育人模式笼统化等问题。“DCMSE”心理育人模式是基于“三全育人”理念的系统化育人模式,将育人理念、内容、途径、主体和评价体系融合起来,指引育人理念从“教育”转变为“服务”;育人体系从“分散”转变为“整体”;育人资源集零为整,线上线下双管齐下;创新考核方式,“质性”和“量化”考核相结合,以实现心理育人的融合式发展。 The survey of 1693 students and 263 teachers from 5 private higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province revealed that the psychological education model of these institutions has issues,such as the disconnection of supply and demand for psychological education services,and the over generalization of educational model.“DCMSE”psychological education mode is based on the systematic method of“three-whole education”concept.It integrates the education concept,content,approach,subject and evaluation system.It guides the education concept changes from“education”to“service”,and the education system changes from“scattered”to“whole”,the education resources are integrated both from online and offline.It also innovates assessment methods that the combination of“qualitative”and“quantitative”assessment method,which are to realize the integrated development of psychological education.
