摘要
新医科建设旨在培养具备创新思维和跨学科合作能力的医学专业人才,使其能够更好地应对日益复杂和多样化的医学挑战。大学生创新创业训练计划项目简称大创项目,作为一项推动学生创新能力的重要实践活动,已在高等教育中崭露头角。然而,为了适应高等教育的节奏,大创项目在实施管理过程中不可避免地会遭遇各种挑战与问题,这种现实的压力也成为大创项目进行创新与改革的推动力。通过深入分析新医科时代大创项目的设计、实施和评价体系,以及其对学生创新思维、实践能力的影响,探讨大创项目可预见的上升空间,以期为高等教育体系的创新发展提供深刻洞见。
The establishment of the new medical science aims to cultivate medical professionals with innovative thought and interdisciplinary collaboration ability,enabling them to better address the increasingly complex and diverse challenges in the field of medicine.“College Students’Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan Program”(referred to as"Big Innovation Project")has emerged as a significant practical activity to enhance students’innovation capabilities in higher education.However,to align with the academic pace of higher education,the implementation and management of the"Big Innovation Project"inevitably face various challenges and issues.This practical pressure serves as a driving force for innovation reform within the"Big Innovation Project".By conducting a thorough analysis of the design,implementation,and evaluation system of the program in the era of new medical science,as well as their influence on students’innovative thought and practical skills,this study aims to explore the foreseeable growth space of the"Big Innovation Project"and provide valuable insights for the innovative development of the higher education system.
