摘要
可降解高分子材料可通过人体自降解吸收,减少二次损伤和细菌感染。静电纺丝是获得纳米纤维较为简便的手段,通过改变纺丝技术、控制工艺参数,可以获得不同结构的纳米纤维。电纺纳米纤维通常具有高孔隙率和高比表面积,能够稳定负载药物,实现药物的可控释放。基于国内外的研究现状,介绍了常用的静电纺丝可降解原材料及其特性,分类讨论了不同静电纺丝的载药方法,总结了纳米纤维基载药体系在生物医用领域的应用及研究进展,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
Degradable polymers can be absorbed and self-degradated by the human body,reducing secondary damage and bacterial infection.Electrospinning is a simple method to obtain nanofibers.Nanofibers with different structures can be obtained by changing spinning technology and controlling process parameters.Electrospun nanofibers usually have high porosity and high specific surface area,which can stably load drugs and achieve controlled release of drugs,which have a wide range of applications in the biomedical fields.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,the commonly used electrospinning degradable raw materials and their characteristics are introduced,different electrospinning drug loading methods are discussed,and the application and research progress of nanofiber-based drug loading systems in biomedicine are summarized.Finally,the future direction of the research is prospected.
