摘要
选用黄芩苷对阳离子改性棉织物进行整理,探讨了黄芩苷质量分数、染色温度、染色时间对整理棉织物色牢度、表面得色量K/S值、抗氧化和抗紫外性能的影响。结果表明:在黄芩苷质量分数10%(omf),染色温度80℃,染色时间60 min的最优工艺条件下,整理棉织物的摩擦色牢度达4级及以上,皂洗色牢度达3级及以上,K/S值达3.6,且整理棉织物的ABTS+自由基清除率和UPF值分别比未整理棉织物提高了2.8倍和5.2倍,说明黄芩苷整理棉织物具有优异的抗氧化性和抗紫外性能。
Baicalin is selected for finishing on cationic modified cotton fabric.The effects of baicalin dosage,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the color fastness,the K/S value,antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet function of finished cotton are investigated.The results show that under the optimum process dyeing at 80℃for 60 min with 10%baicalin(omf),the color fastness to rubbing of the finished cotton fabric is above grade 4 and the color fastness to soaping is above grade 3,and the K/S value can reach 3.6.Moreover,the ABTS+radical scavenging activity and UPF value of finished cotton fabric can be increased by 2.8 times and 5.2 times,respectively.The baicalin finished cotton fabric has excellent antioxidant activity and anti-ultraviolet property.
