钢制长顶托在盘扣式脚手架梁底模数确定中的应用研究

摘要 设计了一种承载力强、拆装灵活的盘扣式脚手架梁底支撑节点搭设法,并研制了立杆顶托一体化的钢制长顶托装置,以解决传统盘扣式支撑立杆不可调节,需另设转换装置的问题。试验结果表明,在0.7 m和1.0 m高度下的顶托极限荷载和极限位移差距不大,两者在140 kN作用下持荷60 s均未出现结构破坏的情况。通过研究结果对宽300 mm、高950 mm的梁底模数进行判断,得到抗弯强度为1.374 N/mm^(2),抗剪强度为0.247 N/mm^(2),最大挠度为0.029 mm,均满足要求。 This study designed a method of setting up the bottom support node of the plate-buckle scaffold beam with strong bearing capacity and flexible disassembly,and developed a long steel jacking device with integrated vertical rod jacking,in order to solve the problem that the traditional plate-buckle support vertical rod is not adjustable and needs to be equipped with another conversion device.The experimental results show that there is little difference between the ultimate load and the ultimate displacement of jacking at the height of 0.7 m and 1.0 m,and there is no structural failure when they are loaded for 60 s under the action of 140 kN.Judging the modulus of beam bottom with a width of 300 mm and a height of 950 mm through the research results,it is found that the bending strength is 1.374 N/mm^(2),the shear strength is 0.247 N/mm^(2)and the maximum deflection is 0.029 mm,all of which meet the requirements.
