摘要 主要探讨了如何针对特定的工业生产需求,结合现代钢结构技术,设计出稳固、经济且具有长久使用寿命的厂房结构。介绍了大跨度钢结构的基本组成,解析了钢材的种类、特性及其选材标准,并进一步揭示了设计大跨度工业厂房时需要考虑的关键要素,如结构的安全与稳定性、环境和未来可拓展性。着重对钢结构在各种工业荷载下的静力学和动力学性能进行深入研究,提出了结构加固、维护和保养的策略,旨在确保大跨度工业厂房钢结构的持续、安全和高效运行。 The paper mainly explores how to design a stable,economical,and long-lasting factory structure based on specific industrial production needs and modern steel structure technology,introduces the basic composition of large-span steel structures,analyzes in detail the types,characteristics,and material selection standards of steel,and further reveals the key elements that need to be considered when designing large-span industrial plants,such as structural safety and stability,environment,and future scalability,focuses on in-depth research on the static and dynamic performance of steel structures under various industrial loads,and proposes strategies for structural reinforcement,maintenance,and upkeep,aiming to ensure the continuous,safe,and efficient operation of the steel structures of large-span industrial plants.
