全面分析了沥青拌和站采用煤制气技术的改造过程,包括技术规划与设计、设备采购与安装、系统集成与调试,以及员工培训与技术转移等方面,同时提出应对改造后的性能进行细致的测试与评估,以确保技术的有效性和安全性。在高速公路沥青混凝土路面施工的应用部分,论文详细阐述了原料准备与处理、沥青混合物的运输与铺设,以及路面质量的控制与检验。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the transformation process of SNG technology in asphalt mixing station,including technical planning and design,equipment procurement and installation,system integration and debugging,staff training and technology transfer,etc.At the same time,it proposes to conduct detailed testing and evaluation of the performance after the transformation to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the technology.In the application section of asphalt concrete pavement construction on highways,the paper elaborates in detail on the preparation and treatment of raw materials,transportation and laying of asphalt mixtures,as well as the control and inspection of pavement quality.
