薄壁超高空心墩V形段液压爬模施工技术

摘要 以贵州桐新高速公路芭蕉湾特大桥为工程背景,详细介绍了液压爬模体系的组成及工作原理,并分析了具体的施工流程,包括墩身分叉V形段钢筋模板、箱墩变双肢墩爬模施工等方面的操作要点。此外,针对施工技术和质量控制方面拟订了专项施工方案,有效提高施工效率,降低安全风险,并保证工程质量。 Taking Bajiaowan Bridge of Tongxin Expressway in Guizhou as the engineering background,the composition and working principle of the hydraulic climbing form system are introduced in detail,and the concrete construction process is analyzed,including the key points of the construction of the steel bar formwork in the V-shaped section of the pier and the climbing form construction of the box pier with changed double limbs.In addition,a special construction plan has been drawn up for construction technology and quality control to effectively improve construction efficiency,reduce safety risks,and ensure project quality.
