摘要
选用两种沥青胶浆(基质沥青+石灰岩矿粉、SBS改性沥青)和改性沥青砂浆,结合室内试验研究其黏度性能、流变特性和路用性能。经研究可知:在同等温度和粉胶比条件下,SBS改性沥青+石灰岩矿粉沥青胶浆黏度较大,当温度为135℃时,基质沥青胶浆黏度提高3.6 Pa·s,改性沥青黏度提高34.7 Pa·s,改性沥青胶浆抗车辙因子较大,流变性能较好;当胶浆与细集料比例为60∶40时,沥青砂浆性能最佳。
This paper selects two kinds of asphalt mortar(matrix asphalt+limestone mineral powder,SBS modified asphalt)and modified asphalt mortar,and studies their viscosity,rheological properties and road performance combined with laboratory tests.The results show that under the same temperature and powder ratio,the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt and limestone mineral powder asphalt slurry is larger.When the temperature is 135℃,the viscosity of matrix asphalt slurry is increased by 3.6 Pa·s,and the viscosity of modified asphalt is increased by 34.7 Pa·s.The rutting resistance factor of modified asphalt slurry is larger,and the rheological property is better.When the ratio of cement to fine aggregate is 60∶40,the performance of asphalt mortar is the best.
