Analysis of Cost Control of Construction Engineering Based on Dynamic Management

为了提高动态管理在建筑工程造价管理中的应用效率,增强工程建设的经济性,论文基于动态管理分析建筑工程的造价控制理念,对施工单位的工程造价管理活动落实情况、工程造价动态管理意识形态,以及管理成效等方面进行了论述,提出了构建动态管理的工程造价控制体系、加强工程造价管理工作、拓展监督管理内容等方法。

In order to improve the application efficiency of dynamic management in construction project cost management and enhance the economy of project construction,this paper analyzes the cost control of construction projects based on dynamic management concept,and discusses the implementation of construction unit project cost management activities,construction unit project cost dynamic management ideology,and management effectiveness,and puts forward methods such as building the project cost control system of dynamic management,strengthening the project cost management,and expanding the supervision and management content.
