摘要
叠加交流电压测试是汽车零部件电气负荷性能的重要检测项目之一,ISO 16750-2:2023对该测试扩充了测试频率并提出了限制电流的要求。文章从新旧标准的变化、测试内容、系统搭建和软件控制的逻辑等方面进行了分析,提出了采用变压器耦合法的系统实现方法,指出了实际应用中可能遇到的疑问,以期推动汽车及零部件生产企业提升测试方法的规范性,促进新能源汽车事业的发展。
Superimposed AC voltage testing is one of the important testing items for electrical load performance of automotive components.ISO 16750-2:2023 has expanded the testing frequency and put forward the requirement of limiting current for this test.This article analyzes the difference between the old and new standards,test content,system construction,and software control logic,and proposes a system implementation method using transformer coupling method and points out the possible questions that may arise in practical applications,aiming to promote the standardization of test methods for automotive and parts manufacturers,and promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
