摘要
针对煤矿提升机液压制动装置存在的结构复杂、密封性差、散热不良等问题,从制动器结构、液压缸与活塞组件、控制阀块与管路布置、密封与散热系统等方面进行优化设计,并采用试验测试对设计方案进行验证。结果表明,新型液压制动装置具有制动力矩连续可调、响应迅速、同步性高、环境适应性强、使用寿命长等优点,显著提升了制动性能和可靠性,为煤矿提升机液压制动系统的设计提供了新思路,对于提高煤矿安全生产水平具有重要意义。
In view of the complex structure,poor sealing and poor heat dissipation of the hydraulic brake device of coal mine hoist,the optimization design is carried out from the aspects of brake structure,hydraulic cylinder and piston assembly,control valve block and pipeline layout,sealing and heat dissipation system,and the design scheme is verified by test.The results show that the new hydraulic brake device has the advantages of continuous adjustable braking torque,rapid response,high synchronization,strong environmental adaptability,long service life,and so on.The braking performance and reliability have been significantly improved.This study provides a new idea for the design of hydraulic brake system of coal mine hoist,which is of great。
