摘要
煤化工管道流量计的测量精度对生产过程影响极大,而流体导向装置是提升精度的关键设备。针对现有导向装置在结构和性能上的不足,提出从整流部件、喷嘴部件和扩散器部件3个方面出发进行优化设计的方案。通过流线型设计、材料选择和结构优化,可有效降低流体的湍流和压降,提升流量计的测量精度和稳定性。实验结果表明,优化设计显著提升了测量性能,可为煤化工管道流量计的精确计量提供可靠保障。
The measurement accuracy of coal chemical pipeline flowmeters has great influence on the production process,with flow directing devices being the key equipment in enhancing precision.This paper addresses the shortcomings of existing directing devices in terms of structure and performance,and proposes an optimized design covering three aspects:rectifying components,nozzle components,and diffuser components.Through streamline design,material selection,and structural optimization,turbulence and pressure drop in fluids are effectively reduced,thereby enhancing the measurement accuracy and stability of the flowmeter.Experimental results demonstrate that the optimized design significantly improves measurement performance,providing a reliable guarantee for accurate metering in coal chemical pipeline flowmeters.
