摘要
液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)站场中的球阀在极端环境条件下工作,其可靠性是LNG站场安全运行的关键因素。对LNG用球阀在极端环境下的可靠性进行评估,分析影响其可靠性的关键因素,建立数学模型预测球阀的故障率,提出针对性的有效改进措施。研究结果表明,采用优质材料、完善密封结构等可以有效延长球阀在极端环境下的使用寿命并提升其可靠性,为LNG站场的安全稳定运行提供技术支撑。
Ball valves in Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)stations work under extreme environmental conditions,and their reliability is a key factor for the safe operation of LNG stations.In this paper,the reliability of LNG ball valve in extreme environment is evaluated,the key factors affecting the reliability are analyzed,a mathematical model is established to predict the failure rate of ball valve,and the relevant reliability improvement measures are put forward.The research results show that the use of highquality materials and the improvement of sealing structure can effectively extend the service life and improve the reliability of ball valves in extreme environments,and provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of LNG stations.
