液压支架底座体装配中的常见问题研究

液压支架作为煤矿的主要安全防护设备,对确保安全生产、提高煤炭产量起着至关重要的作用。近年来,液压支架朝着大型化方向发展,给装配合架和运输造成一定困难。大型液压支架装配通常采用按照顶梁体、底座体进行分体组装,运到矿下井后再合架的方法。其中,底座体装配方法效率低下,且存在较大安全隐患。基于此,文章通过梳理大型液压支架底座体的装配工艺,探讨底座体装配过程中存在的问题,并分析问题的原因,最后提出解决方案。此解决方案在实际应用中取得了较好的效果,达到了提高装配效率、消除安全隐患的目的,具有较大的推广应用价值。

As the main safety protection equipment of coal mine,hydraulic support plays a vital role in ensuring safe production and increasing coal production.In recent years,hydraulic support has been developing towards large-scale,which has caused certain difficulties to the installation and transportation of mating frames.The assembly of large hydraulic support usually adopts the method of separate assembly according to the top beam body and the base body,which is transported to the mine and then assembled.Among them,the base assembly method has low efficiency and great security risks.Based on this,by combing the assembly process of the base body of the large hydraulic support,the paper discusses the problems existing in the assembly process of the base body,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and finally puts forward the solution.This solution has achieved good results in practical application,achieved the purpose of improving assembly efficiency and eliminating safety hazards,and has greater application value.
