摘要
旋回破碎机是碎石生产线中的关键设备,其工艺参数对破碎产品质量有着复杂而显著的影响。文章在分析旋回破碎机破碎机理的基础上,通过单因素试验和正交试验,探究转速、偏心距、排料口宽度等参数对产品细度模数、针片状颗粒含量、级配系数等质量指标的影响规律。研究结果表明,转速是影响破碎比和产品细度的主控因素,排料口宽度对产品粒度和级配的影响最为显著,而偏心距的影响相对较小。通过综合分析得到了工艺参数的优选组合,为旋回破碎机的工业化应用提供了技术支撑。
The rotary crusher is the key equipment in the crushing production line,and its technological parameters have a complex and significant influence on the quality of the crushing product.Based on the analysis of the crushing mechanism of rotary crusher,the effects of rotational speed,eccentricity and outlet width on product fineness modulus,pin-plate particle content and grading coefficient are investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results show that the speed is the main factor affecting the crushing ratio and the fineness of the product,the width of the discharge port has the most significant effect on the size and grading of the product,and the eccentricity has a relatively small effect.The optimum combination of process parameters is obtained through comprehensive analysis,which provides technical support for industrial application of rotary crusher.
