钛合金零件热成型工艺的研究及应用

摘要 钛合金热成型的难点是如何解决零件回弹和试压问题。根据蠕变阶段的钛合金材料和室温下的铝合金材料塑性相近的原理,结合TCl和TC4钛合金材料变形特点及角材、侧板零件工艺特点,采用与钛合金材料相同规格的铝合金进行室温下的试压,反向推导确定钛合金材料热成型压力并修整模具。此外,通过不断的工艺试验确定钛合金零件的预热时间、保温热压时间等工艺参数及工艺方法,最终制造合格的钛合金零件。 The difficulty of titanium alloy hot forming is how to solve the problems of part rebound and pressure testing.According to the principle of similar plasticity of titanium alloy material at creep stage and aluminum alloy material at room temperature,combined with the deformation characteristics of TCl and TC4 titanium alloy materials and the process characteristics of corner and side plate parts,aluminum alloy materials with the same specifications as titanium alloy materials are used for room temperature pressure testing,and the hot forming pressure of titanium alloy materials is determined through reverse deduction,and the mold is repaired.Through continuous process experiments,the preheating time,insulation and hot pressing time,and other process parameters and methods of titanium alloy parts are determined,and qualified titanium alloy parts are manufactured.
