摘要
胆汁酸不仅在调节脂类代谢中发挥着关键的生理作用,而且也参与调节中枢神经系统。大量研究表明,胆汁酸代谢异常与抑郁症之间关系密切,但具体的机制尚不清楚。本文旨在总结胆汁酸代谢和抑郁症之间的关系,为抑郁症的研究及治疗提供新的视角。
Bile acids not only play an important physiological role in regulating lipid metabolism,but also participate in the regulation of central nervous system.Numerous studies indicated that abnormal bile acid metabolism is closely related to depression,but the exact mechanism remains unclear.This study summarized the relationship between bile acid metabolism and depression and aimed to provide a new perspective for the study and treatment of depression.
