金虎斑鱼形态性状与体质量的相关性及通径分析

摘要 为研究金虎斑鱼[Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀)×E.tukula(♂)]不同生长阶段形态性状间的相关关系,分别测定了8、11、14月龄体质量(Y)、全长(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、头长(X_(3))、体高(X_(4))、体宽(X_(5))、尾柄高(X_(6))、眼径(X_(7))、眼后头长(X_(8))等形态性状,并对不同月龄表型性状进行了相关分析、主成分分析和通径分析。结果表明:各月龄杂交后代形态性状与体质量的多元回归方程为Y_(8月龄)=-188.404+13.099X_(3)+20.491X_(5);Y_(11月龄)=-864.627+54.416X_(5)+54.206X_(6);Y_(14月龄)=-837.373+33.211X_(3)+55.331X_(4);金虎斑鱼不同月龄的形态性状之间存在着不同程度的正相关,除14月龄头长、眼径、眼后头长外,各形态性状与体质量的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);8月龄和11月龄第一主成分均指向增长、增质量因子,14月龄第一主成分指向增长、增质量和体高因子,3个月龄第二主成分还是以增高、增长和增质量因子为主;8月龄和11月龄体宽对体质量直接作用均最大(0.336、0.361),14月龄体高对体质量直接作用最大(0.608),决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果一致。综上,金虎斑鱼在3个月龄阶段均以增长、增质量为主,建立的多元线性回归方程能够估算不同月龄金虎斑鱼的体质量。 To investigate the relationships between phenotypic traits at different growth stages of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀)×E.tukula(♂),morphological traits such as body weight(Y),total length(X_(1)),body length(X_(2)),head length(X_(3)),body height(X_(4)),body width(X_(5)),caudal peduncle height(X_(6)),eye diameter(X_(7)),and head length behind the eyes(X_(8))were measured for individuals at 8,11,and 14 months of age.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),and path analysis were conducted on the phenotypic traits at different ages.The results showed that the optimal multivariate regression equations for body weight of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀)×E.tukula(♂)at the three ages were as follows:Y_(8 months)=-188.404+13.099X_(3)+20.491X_(5),Y_(11 months)=-864.627+54.416X_(5)+54.206X_(6);Y_(14 months)=-837.373+33.211X_(3)+55.331X_(4).All phenotypic traits at each age showed varying degrees of positive correlation with body weight,and the correlation between each morphological trait and body weight was highly significant(P<0.01),except for head length,eye diameter,and head length behind the eyes at 14 months.The first principal component for both 8 and 11 months of age pointed towards growth and weight gain factors,while the first principal component for 14 months of age pointed towards growth,weight gain,and body height factors.The second principal component at all three ages was primarily related to height increase,growth,and weight gain factors.At 8 and 11 months of age,body width had the greatest direct effect on body weight(0.336 and 0.361,respectively),and at 14 months of age,body height had the greatest direct effect on body weight(0.608).The results of the determination coefficient analysis were consistent with the path analysis.In conclusion,Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀)×E.tukula(♂)at the three measured ages primarily focus on growth and weight gain,and the established multivariate linear regression equations can estimate the body weight of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus(♀)×E.tukula(♂)at different ages.
