《石阡物产记》乃清光绪间石阡知府孟继所纂物产专志。该志独具特色的编纂体例和语言风格,使其具有重要的方志编纂学意义。其载三百八十种各类物产,对于考察清末石阡社会经济生活,有着无可替代的文献史料价值。从经济史的层面,重点论述鸦片之于清末石阡经济社会的严重破坏;考察茶叶、绿豆粉、刺梨等农副产品和草鞋、竹笠等传统手工艺产品对阡地社会生活的积极影响,进而探讨其对于当前石阡旅游经济的借鉴与启发。

"The Records of Products in Shiqian"was a specialized geographical record on local products compiled by Meng Jixuan,the governor of Shiqian during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty.The unique compilation style and language style of this record render it significant in the field of local chronicles compilation.It documents 380 types of various products,holding irreplaceable documentary and historical value for the exploration of the social and economic life of Shiqian in the late Qing Dynasty.From the perspective of economic history,it focuses on the serious damage caused by opium to the economic and social conditions of Shiqian in the late Qing Dynasty.It examines the positive influence of agricultural and sideline products such as tea,mung bean powder,and prickly pear,as well as traditional handicraft products like straw sandals and bamboo hats,on the social life of Shiqian.Furthermore,it explores the references and inspirations for the current tourism economy of Shiqian.
