摘要
为提高工业透平汽轮发电机组预扭反动式静叶片出图效率,文章利用空间解析几何建立预扭反动式静叶片切割面、阵列面和加厚面的空间平面方程,推导相关截面的关键参数的计算公式,并利用软件进行三维建模测量验证。该研究成果优化了设计步骤,简化了制图流程,实现了参数化快速出图。
In order to improve the efficiency of drawing pre-twisted reaction type stationary blades for industrial turbine generator sets,this article uses spatial analytic geometry to establish the spatial plane equations of the cutting surface,array surface,and thickening surface of the pre-twisted reaction type stationary blades,derives the calculation formulas for key parameters of relevant sections,and uses software for 3D modeling measurement verification.This research results optimize the design steps,simplify the drawing process,and achieve parameterized rapid drawing.
