摘要
当前,铁路桥梁协同设计点位部署方式一般设定为独立目标式,协同的效率较低,导致最终得出的荷载传递比下降,为此文章提出对基于信息模型的铁路桥梁协同设计方法的实践与分析研究。结合当前需求,采用层级的方式,强化协同的效率,部署铁路桥梁协同点位层级,并设定数据共享机制。以此为基础,设计信息模型铁路桥梁协同结构,采用自适应修正的方式来实现协同处理。测试结果表明:对比于BIM技术铁路桥梁协同设计方法、位移处理铁路桥梁协同设计方法,此次所设计的信息模型铁路桥梁协同设计方法应用效果更佳,得出的荷载传递比均可以达到12.55以上,这说明在信息模型的辅助下,铁路桥梁协同设计方法更加灵活、多变,具有实际的应用价值。
The current deployment method for railway bridge collaborative design is generally set as an independent target type,which results in low efficiency of collaboration and a decrease in the final load transfer ratio.Therefore,this paper proposes a practical and analytical study on the information model-based railway bridge collaborative design method.Based on current needs,adopt a hierarchical approach to enhance collaboration efficiency,deploy railway bridge collaboration point hierarchy,and set up a data sharing mechanism.Based on this,design an information model for railway bridge collaborative structure,and adopt an adaptive correction method to achieve collaborative processing.The test results show that compared with the BIM technology railway bridge collaborative design method and displacement processing railway bridge collaborative design method,the information model railway bridge collaborative design method has better application effect,and the load transfer ratio obtained can all reach 12.55 or above.This indicates that with the assistance of the information model,the railway bridge collaborative design method is more flexible and versatile,and has practical application value.
