碳中和背景下黑龙江省新能源汽车产业发展困境及对策研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of New Energy Automobile Industry in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of Carbon Neutrality

随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国新能源行业的发展受到极大的重视,作为东北老工业基地的黑龙江,新能源产业近几年也在大力发展。基于此,阐述了黑龙江省新能源汽车产业发展的现状及未来前景,并对其发展困境作出了较为详细的分析,将其分为五个模块,并在此基础上,提出五条建设性建议对策。

With the proposal of"double carbon"goal,the development of China's new energy industry has been paid great attention to,as the old industrial base in northeast China,Heilongjiang,new energy industry has also been vigorously developed in recent years.Based on this,the based on the background of carbon neutrality,this paper studies the current situation and future prospects of the development of new energy automobile industry in Heilongjiang Province,and makes a detailed analysis of its development predicament,divides it into five modules,and on this basis,puts forward five constructive suggestions and countermeasures.
