摘要 综合评述了焦化蜡油在物理及化学特性、市场现状与国内对于加氢处理技术的研究进展方面的最新发现;进一步探讨了如何将某石化企业炼油厂产出的延迟焦化蜡油通过加氢处理转化为适合催化裂化的原料。研究指出,加氢精制工艺能够有效去除焦化蜡油中的硫、氮等非金属杂质,并显著降低残炭含量,从而提高了焦化蜡油的转化效率和汽油产率。旨在通过减少催化裂化装置的生焦率,优化裂化性能及提升处理能力。 The latest findings on the physical and chemical properties of coking wax oil,market status and domestic research progress on hydrotreating technology were reviewed.This paper further discusses how to convert delayed coking wax oil from a petrochemical refinery into feedstock suitable for catalytic cracking by hydrotreating.It is pointed out that hydrofining process can effectively remove sulfur,nitrogen and other nonmetallic impurities in coke wax oil,and significantly reduce the content of carbon residue,thus improving the conversion efficiency of coke wax oil and gasoline yield.It is designed to optimize the cracking performance and increase the processing capacity by reducing the coke generation rate of the catalytic cracking unit.
