新能源锂电行业智能自动化制造的信息系统研究

摘要 锂电池后段负压化成分容在整个锂电行业都还未实现全自动负压化成分容自动线物流系统生产,负压化成分容后段原采用半自动设备进行投产时需要投入大量人员进行生产。在负压化成分容过程中锂电池进行充放电,原使用的化成分容设备不具备充放电能量回馈需消耗大量用电,随着近几年新技术的发展锂电池充放设备实现了能量回馈,直接把锂电池放掉后的电量回馈到电网再次利用,能量回馈效率高达≥65%。负压化成分容自动物流线正式投入到动力锂电池生产行业,对产能效率的提高及锂电池产品安全性、性能稳定性、容量密度一致性有跨越式地突破。也大幅度降低了人工成本与生产制造成本。 Before 2014,the whole lithium electric industry has not realized the full-automatic negative-pressure component capacity automatic line logistics system production,when semi-automatic equipment was used to put into production,a large number of people were put into production.In 2015,the first automatic logistics line system for negative pressure components was successfully run in CATL,the whole production process of the automatic logistics line of negative pressure components can be realized completely by no-man operation,which includes the following steps.The automatic logistics line of negative pressure component capacitance has been put into the power lithium battery production industry,which has made a breakthrough in the improvement of productivity efficiency and the safety,performance stability,capacity density consistency of lithium battery products.It also reduces the labor cost and manufacturing cost.
