摘要
承德钒钛冷轧薄板有限公司通过库区无人化系统的建设,实现了冷轧钢卷库的智能化管理。系统采用行车自动作业、行车位置跟踪、吊卷防晃、行车防碰撞技术,实现库区安全有序管理,并有效提高库区的作业效率。系统按照位置可分为地面服务器与位于库区高处作业的行车本体。地面服务器与行车原系统未通过WiFi无线网络通信,存在信号覆盖范围小、安全性差、稳定性低等问题。因此应用5G+工业互联网技术进行无人化库区场景的应用测试,测试效果良好,且有效改善以上网络问题,本次测试为5G技术在钢铁工业中的应用提供借鉴。
Chengde Vanadium Titanium Cold Rolled Thin Plate Co.,Ltd.has achieved intelligent management of cold rolled steel coil storage through the construction of an unmanned system in the storage area.The system adopts technologies such as automatic operation,position tracking,anti shaking of hoisting rolls,and collision prevention during operation to achieve safe and orderly management of the storage area,and effectively improve the operational efficiency of the storage area.The system can be divided into ground servers and crane bodies located at heights in the storage area according to their location.The ground server and the original driving system communicate through WiFi wireless network,which has problems such as small signal coverage,poor safety,and low stability.Therefore,the application testing of 5G+industrial internet technology in unmanned storage areas has achieved good results and effectively improved the above network problems.This test provides reference for the application of 5G technology in the steel industry.
